Overview of the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Aftersales Manager – Commercial Vehicles & Buses to lead our Aftersales operations across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, operational excellence, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across service and spare parts operations.

You will take full ownership of the Aftersales ecosystem—spanning workshop performance, parts operations, customer satisfaction, and B2B growth—ensuring strong financial results and seamless service standards across multiple sites.

 

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Aftersales strategy covering both Service and Spare Parts to deliver revenue and profitability targets
  • Lead multi-site workshop operations, ensuring high productivity, quality, and strict adherence to SOPs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, throughput, and service quality
  • Oversee the complete spare parts value chain, ensuring optimal stock levels, high availability, and strong fill rates
  • Enhance customer experience through retention programs, digital tools, and effective complaint resolution
  • Monitor and drive key KPIs such as service revenue, labour productivity, customer satisfaction, and inventory health
  • Collaborate with OEMs and internal stakeholders to ensure governance on warranty, recalls, and technical standards
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing Aftersales teams across service and parts functions


Skills

Required skills to be successful

  • Strong commercial acumen across both Service and Spare Parts operations
  • Deep understanding of commercial vehicles/buses Aftersales processes and systems
  • Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and deliver operational excellence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve KPIs
  • Proficiency in SAP/DMS, CRM systems, and digital Aftersales tools

 

About the team

You will be part of the Commercial Vehicles division, working closely with Aftersales, Supply Chain, Planning, and OEM partners to drive business performance and customer satisfaction. The team is focused on delivering operational excellence, continuous improvement, and building a strong customer-centric culture across all service locations.

 

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Business (MBA is an advantage)
  • 10–15 years of leadership experience in Aftersales within commercial vehicles or bus segments
  • Proven track record in managing both Service and Parts operations
  • Experience in leading large, diverse teams and driving performance culture
  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel across multiple locations in the UAE
