Overview of the role

You will help expand the marketing footprint of the Stellantis portfolio brands in the UAE, ensuring all creative and communications are locally relevant, culturally appropriate, and aligned to brand CI and usage rights. The role supports marketing across the full customer lifecycle—from new purchase through aftersales (including MOPAR), accessories and parts, and resale/CPO.

 

What you will do

•  Plan and execute advertising and media activity, including briefing agencies and internal stakeholders, preparing plans for sign-off, and producing performance reports for OEM and internal committees.

•  Build and manage social media calendars, ensuring timely delivery of always-on and campaign content.

•  Own representative website accuracy: conduct regular audits, publish new vehicle landing pages (VLPs) and product updates, and update tactical events and offers.

•  Support CRM initiatives including Blue App integration, and deliver end-to-end campaign briefing, implementation, and reporting.

•  Support Owners Clubs and brand experience programmes, delivering brand engagement activations and seasonal activity calendars (including MOPAR).

•  Maintain marketing budget trackers, reconciliations, and reporting.

 

Skills

Required skills to be successful

•  Strong time and project management with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

•  3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in a retail and customer-centric environment.

•  Hands-on experience coordinating campaigns across paid media, social, web, and CRM, with a strong reporting mindset.

•  Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred); a Diploma in Marketing is an advantage.

 

About the team

You will join the Brand Marketing (Marcomms) team within AF Trading Enterprises’ Marketing division, working closely with local marketing executives, agencies, and centre-of-excellence stakeholders to deliver impactful, compliant, and locally resonant brand communications across the UAE.
