Description
* Lead and implement the content quality assurance strategy across the platform
* Own the e2e QA lifecycle, including pre- and post-publication reviews
* Review and approve content prior to publication, ensuring editorial quality and consistency
* Ensure compliance with SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and governance frameworks
* Lead, develop, and mentor the content QA function
* Drive continuous improvement through QA audits, reporting, and performance tracking
* Develop and maintain QA frameworks, standards, templates and reporting mechanisms
* Collaborate closely with content teams, translators, legal, and government stakeholders
* Identify gaps in content quality and implement corrective and preventative actions
* Ensure bilingual (Arabic & English) content is accurate, culturally aligned, and user-friendly
* Provide insights to leadership through dashboards and quality performance reporting
