- Understand business requirements and validate technical feasibility for each of the requirements.
- Analyze each requirement and provide suitable designs.
- Contract negotiation with third party systems and contract establishment.
- Coding and unit testing.
- Generate reusable components which can be used across projects.
- Analyze code using PMD or SonarQube for code quality for complete code base and report regularly.
- Send daily status report to the lead.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Participate in forum discussions.

Qualifications
Required:
- Professional qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Adobe CQ/AEM
- Experienced with the Day CQ product suite, Day CQ, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM
- The ideal candidate will be a strong Java developer who is currently working with Adobe CQ
- Work independently on modules assigned
- Interact with clients along various phases of project life cycle
- Design solutions for simple business scenarios
- Build solutions of highest quality
- Mentor the next level in their technical area
- Participate in initiatives, recruitment and practice development programs
- Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working
- Leadership and team playing abilities
- Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment and flexible work hours
- Willingness to travel (required)
Preferred:
- Experience integrating with CMS tools such as Adobe Day and analytics tools such as Omniture
- Experience with EAI tools such as TIBCO EAI, Websphere ESB
