Job Description: Lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for aluminium and façade projects across design, fabrication, and installation stages. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project while coordinating with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams. Monitor project progress, analyze delays, manage KPIs, and implement recovery plans to ensure timely project delivery. Optimize manpower, materials, and resource allocation while supporting risk management, EOT analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Male, age 45 or below, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in the aluminium façade, curtain wall, or construction industry. Strong knowledge of façade systems, fabrication processes, and installation sequencing.
