Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Senior Swimming Pools and Landscape Engineer. The role involves overseeing the design, planning, and execution of swimming pool and landscape projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with architects and contractors, supervising installation teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting design or structural challenges. The engineer will also monitor budgets, procure materials, and provide expert technical guidance to ensure seamless project completion that meets client expectations.
Qualifications Proficiency in swimming pool design, landscape architecture, and water feature engineering Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction standards Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance processes in construction Proficiency with design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and landscaping tools Ability to lead teams effectively and collaborate with consultants, architects, and contractors Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field5+ years of experience in swimming pool and landscaping projects, preferably in the Middle East Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
