Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water), optimizing stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete batches according to project specifications.
• Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures for all incoming materials and outgoing concrete products, adhering to industry standards and customer requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of plant operators, batchers, and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and manage the plant's operational budget, controlling costs related to labor, materials, energy, and maintenance while maximizing profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise in ready-mix concrete production, quality control principles, and batching systems.
• Strong understanding of aggregate properties, cementitious materials, admixtures, and their impact on concrete performance.
• Certification as an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using batching software and general computer skills, including MS Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
