Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage supplier relationships and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Draft, review, negotiate, renew, and manage contracts in collaboration with legal stakeholders.
Maintain supplier and contract repositories and ensure compliance with procurement governance requirements.
Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and management insights.
Support departments across the organization with procurement planning and execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPSM, CPM, CIPS, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement and contracting experience.
Strong experience in supplier management, tendering, contract negotiation, and procurement governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in BOTH Arabic and English is required.
