Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Manage supplier relationships and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

  • Draft, review, negotiate, renew, and manage contracts in collaboration with legal stakeholders.

  • Maintain supplier and contract repositories and ensure compliance with procurement governance requirements.

  • Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and management insights.

  • Support departments across the organization with procurement planning and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

  • Professional certification such as CPSM, CPM, CIPS, or equivalent is highly desirable.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement and contracting experience.

  • Strong experience in supplier management, tendering, contract negotiation, and procurement governance.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in BOTH Arabic and English is required.
