• Lead and manage projects from concept to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
• Oversee project performance, progress, and quality standards

? Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
? 18 to 25 Years of Experience
? Strong PMC / Consultancy Background
? High-Rise Building Experience
? UAE/GCC Experience Preferred
? PMP Certification is an Advantage
? Strong Leadership & Stakeholder Management Skills
