A leading Abu Dhabi-based family office operates a large-format flagship kitchenware and homeware store at a prime location in Abu Dhabi and we are in the middle of a significant transformation.
We are moving from a general retail model to becoming Abu Dhabi's first truly curated, international destination for kitchenware, cookware, bakeware, and home dining.
This is not a management job. This is a founding mandate.
???? What You Will Lead
▸ Identify and build exclusive brand partnerships with international kitchenware and homeware brands not yet available in the UAE or GCC
▸ Own the full in-store experience zoning, merchandising, storytelling, and customer journey
▸ Build and lead a high-performing retail team from the ground up
▸ Take full commercial ownership buying, margins, category P&L
▸ Develop and grow our social media presence into the UAE's go-to kitchen and home content community
▸ Represent the brand at international trade shows and sourcing trips
✅ You Are the Right Person If...
▸ You have 5+ years in kitchenware, homeware, or specialty retail — in a buying, category, or brand role
▸ You genuinely know the international kitchenware market brands, trends, gaps not just as a consumer but as a professional
▸ You have managed supplier relationships and understand retail margins
▸ You are frustrated by corporate structures and want the freedom to actually build something
▸ You think like an entrepreneur, not an employee
▸ You can walk into a 1,800 sqm empty floor and immediately visualize what it should look like
