Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaker) to support the planning and execution of marketing, student recruitment, branding, and communication initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the university's visibility, driving student enrolment, and strengthening relationships with schools, corporate partners, and the community. The role requires excellent English & Arabic communication skills and experience in digital and traditional marketing within the education sector or a related industry.

Asian Market Development (within UAE and International)
Assist to plan for delivery of the brand positioning, brand values and the University strategy in order to grow local and international market shares in consultation with DOMC.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing and student recruitment campaigns.
Coordinate university events, exhibitions, school visits, and community engagement activities.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media advertising, SEO, and lead-generation campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporate partners, and government entities.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Collaborate with admissions and academic departments to support enrollment objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
To counsel & enroll students as per HUC admission policy & target allocation as stated.
To maintain enrolment balance between majors or emphasis as per seat allocation
To focus and develop market plans for schools and colleges locally and internationally for all programs
To develop plans for building brand image in local and international markets; preparing media plans and maintaining relationship with media
To conduct local and international workshops, MDPs and boot camps in coordination with Academics, Corporate, CCL & FDC Office
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in higher education industries.
Native or fluent Arabic speaker (written and spoken).
Strong English communication skills.
Excellent presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience in student recruitment or education marketing.
