Summer Training Program Overview

Dubai Health Summer Training Program is a four-week journey designed to provide students with hands-on experience in Dubai's first integrated academic health system. It's an opportunity to step beyond the classroom and into real workplace practice, to see how care, learning, discovery, and giving come together.

Throughout the program, participants will:

• Gain hands-on experience across a variety of teams at Dubai Health
• Strengthen professional, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Get a firsthand look at workplace culture, expectations, and responsibilities
• Take part in departmental activities and projects

• Build meaningful exposure to healthcare operations and services

  
  

Program Duration: Four weeks - 15 July to 13 August 2026

We are looking for UAE Nationals who are:

• University students
• High school students (Grade 11 and above)
• Able to commit to the full four weeks of the program
