Position Title

AC Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Inspect and test HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, capacitors, and filters.
• Recharge refrigerants in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

Skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certification in HVAC or Refrigeration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AC Technician (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of split, window, package, VRF/VRV, and central air conditioning systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and HVAC safety procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license (preferred, if required).
