Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of the strategic and operational plan, implement and complete operational processes, monitor project performance and initiatives of the office to ensure achievement of strategic objectives.
Oversee the preparation of the office's annual budget, in line with guidelines and laws governing financial operations, to ensure availability of the designated budget for the office's strategic and operational projects.
Implement the approved annual budget for the office in a manner consistent with the regulations governing financial operations, ensuring proper safeguarding and management of public funds.
Provide comprehensive and accurate periodic administrative reports, identify challenges in the workflow at the office, and make improvement recommendations to ensure decisions are effective and evidence-based.
Strategic planning and overall supervision of all public health programs and initiatives in the city to ensure the protection of community health and safety according to global standards and achievement of sustainable development goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 9-14 years of progressive leadership experience in public health program management or a similar healthcare leadership role.
