Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate wheel loaders to move, load, and transport materials such as gravel, sand, and dirt safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to execute loading and unloading tasks according to project specifications.
- Utilize hand signals and communication devices effectively to coordinate with ground crew and ensure safe operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience operating wheel loaders or similar heavy machinery in construction or mining environments.
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a certification for operating heavy equipment are highly preferred.
2-5 years of hands-on experience as a wheel loader operator or in related heavy machinery roles.
