Role Description The Strategy Manager is a part-time role based in Dubai with a hybrid working model, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. The individual in this role will analyze market trends, client needs, and internal performance data to shape strategic initiatives and business plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting strategic and financial assessments, preparing recommendations for leadership, and supporting decision-making on growth opportunities, partnerships, and process improvements. The Strategy Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects, monitor outcomes, and refine plans based on measurable results. This role also involves preparing presentations, reports, and briefings to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating business cases. Background in management consulting or consulting, with exposure to strategy development and execution. Excellent communication skills, including clear written reporting and confident stakeholder engagement. Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage. Experience in outsourcing, offshoring, or related service industries is beneficial. Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities on a part-time schedule.
