Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems using advanced testing equipment and tools.
  • Install new HVAC equipment according to local codes and manufacturer specifications, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Calibrate and adjust system controls for maximum energy efficiency and comfort levels in residential and commercial settings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
  • Valid HVAC technician license or certification, demonstrating competency and commitment to industry standards.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial HVAC installations and repairs.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance in all installations and repairs.
