Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Kitchen Steward who’s passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times to join our production team in Dubai.
Main ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
Wash pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery using manual or machine methods.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and stock handling when required.
Ensure proper storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to supervisors.
Support kitchen operations during busy periods.
Ideal candidateQualifications:Previous experience as a kitchen steward or in a similar role
Experience working in kitchens, restaurants, or food production environments.
Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP is an advantage).
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and dishwashing machines.
Must be currently based in Dubai
Knowledge & CompetencyGood understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures.
Knowledge of safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
Ability to maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
Team player with good organizational and time management skills.
Able to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
PersonalityReliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
