Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment (1-3 years experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
