Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our company's supply chain operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory management. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate logistics activities and maintain smooth operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Manage and coordinate the flow of goods and materials, ensuring efficient logistics operations.

  • Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to optimize supply chain processes.

  • Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reordering.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate rates, schedule deliveries, and resolve any logistics-related issues.

  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in logistics operations.

  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on logistics performance to the management team.

  • Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations and coordination.

  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Proficiency in using logistics software and systems for tracking and documentation.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
