Summary

Job Role: Property Consultant (Commission-Based)

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential and commercial properties across Dubai's Off-Plan and Secondary markets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

Advise clients on Dubai real estate investment opportunities.

Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading developers.

Handle buying, selling, and leasing transactions in the secondary market.

Conduct property viewings and client meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

Negotiate offers and close sales effectively.

Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and new project launches.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.

Skills

✅ Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (Off-Plan or Secondary)

✅ Must have your own UAE residence visa

✅ Must have a valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle

✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

✅ Fluent in English (Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil, or other regional languages are an advantage)

✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
