Job description
Strategy
·Develop and update preventive and corrective maintenance plans, prioritizing defects by safety, urgency, and customer impact.
·Coordinate tender documents and technical specifications with internal teams and external agencies.
·Allocate workloads, manage leave and training, and monitor staff performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Operations
·Supervise outsourced contractors; review and approve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual work programs to ensure specification compliance.
·Review inspection reports, certify snag lists, and lead defect liability and substantial completion inspections.
·Approve payment schedules and contractor invoices, verifying accuracy against completed works.
·Ensure maintenance data and progress reports are recorded in systems for tracking and future reference.
·Follow up on asphalt, unpaved road, sidewalk, and track maintenance or improvement works to confirm timely completion.
·Implement modifications and road improvements requested to enhance traffic safety.
Product / Process Improvement
·Analyze contractor performance and maintenance data; recommend program or specification adjustments to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Physical Working Conditions
·Conduct periodic site visits to active road maintenance sites to verify work quality and safety compliance.
Education: Bachelor's degree/ Master’s degree in Engineering
Experience: 3+ year in case of Master’s degree (5+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree) in related field
Qualification: Certifications such as PMP; ACI/Asphalt QC certified
