Role Description This is a part-time Affiliate Marketing Specialist role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The specialist will manage and grow affiliate partnerships, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates to promote MEDPLUS services. Daily tasks include monitoring affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns, tracking conversions, and preparing regular performance reports. The role involves coordinating online marketing initiatives, collaborating with the broader marketing team on digital campaigns, and ensuring affiliate activities align with brand guidelines and compliance standards. The specialist will also communicate with partners to address inquiries, provide promotional materials, and support mutually beneficial long-term relationships. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing skills for managing affiliate programs and digital campaigns. Candidates should possess Digital Marketing and Marketing skills to plan, execute, and analyze performance-driven marketing initiatives. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for liaising with affiliates, internal teams, and stakeholders. Experience with affiliate tracking platforms, analytics tools, and performance reporting is beneficial. Understanding of healthcare or service-based industries in the UAE market is an advantage. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple partnerships, and meet targets and deadlines. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
