• Operate and monitor the continuous cooking (CCM) equipment from a centralized pulpit, ensuring optimal process parameters are maintained.
• Safely manage raw material feeding systems, including chip bins and chemical tanks, to ensure a consistent and quality pulp supply.
• Precisely control chemical dosages and reaction temperatures within the digester to achieve target pulp properties and maximize yield.
• Continuously analyze pulp samples and adjust process variables in real-time to meet stringent quality specifications.

  General Summary

  Oversee, Complete and Maintain CCM Pulpit Operator tasks for Steel Making Plant.

  Around 3-5 Years in a Steel Plant as a control room pulpit operator

  • Carries out duties assigned by the supervisor according to production requirements for CCM Pulpit Operator

  • To ensure sufficient availability of machinery, consumables and tools required for smooth running of the ladle furnace

  • Ensure that the process parameters set up at the CCM Pulpit operator work station is in accordance with the process sheets or instructions of the supervisor.

  • In case of any CCM Pulpit abnormalities observed during execution of work, inform the supervisor and seek guidance.
