At Bedashing Beauty Lounge and Tips & Toes, we believe every great salon experience starts with a warm welcome. We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Receptionists who enjoy connecting with people and creating exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Do
Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-in clients efficiently. Respond to calls, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients with service recommendations, promotions, and membership information. Process payments and maintain accurate daily cash and transaction records. Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations. Keep the reception area organized, presentable, and inviting. Handle client feedback professionally and ensure concerns are resolved promptly. Support the branch with general administrative and operational tasks.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, or hospitality. Experience in a salon, spa, beauty, or wellness environment is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers, booking systems Friendly, confident, and professional with a genuine passion for customer service. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
