Roles & Responsibilities

  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble intricate watch movements, ensuring each component functions flawlessly.
  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic watch malfunctions using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Perform precision repairs on watch components, including balance staffs, mainsprings, and other delicate parts.
  • Regulate watch timing to achieve optimal accuracy, adjusting for positional and temperature variations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong aptitude for mechanical and technical concepts.
  • Holds a WOSTEP or CW21 certification, demonstrating a recognized level of watchmaking proficiency.
  • Demonstrates 3+ years of hands-on experience in watch repair, with a proven track record of successful repairs.
  • Has experience working in the luxury watch industry, with a deep understanding of high-end timepieces.
