What you will do 

 

  • Prospect for new clients, generate sales leads, and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Understand the clients need for life insurance and savings and propose customized plans that suit their requirements.
  • Assisting with policy renewals, amendments, claims, and managing client portfolio
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of various life insurance products and their benefits
  • Adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies. 

 

Skills

Required Skills to be successful 

 

  • Experience: Life insurance or sales experience preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver client-first advisory services.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential.
