As we continue to grow, we are looking to welcome talented and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our Off-Plan and Secondary Market teams in Motor City, Dubai.
We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Agents who are ready to build a successful career in Dubai's dynamic property market.
Candidates may apply for either the Off-Plan team or the Secondary Market team, based on their experience and career interests.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships. Generate leads and close property sales. Conduct property viewings and consultations. Negotiate offers and manage transactions professionally. Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market and community trends. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements Currently based in Dubai, UAE. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Sales experience is preferred; real estate experience is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to succeed. Knowledge of Dubai communities is a plus. RERA Certification is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
