Job Title – Segment - Product Marketing Specialist Type - Long Term Work Location - Abu Dhabi Salary - Up to 12,000 AED
Key Responsibilities Segment & Product Strategy Develop and execute marketing strategies for key customer segments and product offerings. Collaborate with Product and Business teams to understand product features, customer needs, and market opportunities. Develop customer personas and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Product Positioning & Messaging Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to different customer segments. Ensure consistent product messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. Translate technical product capabilities into clear customer benefits. Go-to-Market & Campaign Execution Plan and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with Digital Marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and product adoption. Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Agency & Stakeholder Management Partner with creative and content agencies to develop digital campaigns, landing pages, marketing collateral, and promotional assets. Prepare campaign briefs, review creative deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and timelines. Collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, Business, Design, and Marketing teams. Sales Enablement Develop product presentations, product sheets, sales collateral, and messaging guides. Equip internal stakeholders with clear product messaging and campaign information. Market & Competitive Intelligence Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies. Gather customer feedback and business insights to refine product positioning and marketing strategies. Performance & Analytics Monitor campaign performance and product marketing initiatives. Track key marketing KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Consumer Marketing. Hands-on experience in B2C marketing for consumer-facing digital products, fintech, digital payments, banking, e-commerce, telecom, or mobile applications is highly preferred. Proven experience leading product launches and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. Strong understanding of product positioning, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
