Job Title: Freelance Sales & Marketing Partner – Advertising Sales (Commission Only, Uncapped Earnings)

About Lociya:

Lociya is a Dubai/Sharjah-based offline advertising platform — we help brands advertise on tissue boxes placed in restaurants, salons, gyms, and clinics across the UAE. We're looking for a self-driven sales & marketing partner to grow our client base.

This is a freelance, commission-only role — Lociya does not provide UAE employment visa sponsorship. Candidates must already hold a valid UAE residence visa (e.g., spouse visa, freelance visa, own company visa, or other UAE resident status) and be authorized to work on a freelance/commission basis.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and approach potential advertisers (schools, clinics, real estate agents, automotive brands, retail, insurance)

• Generate your own leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, in-person visits, and your existing network

• Pitch Lociya's advertising packages and close deals

• Manage the relationship from first contact to signed subscription
  

This role is NOT:

• A job where leads are handed to you

• A fixed-salary position

• Suitable if you only want to "make calls" without doing outreach

Desired Candidate Profile

This role IS for you if:

• You already have experience generating your own leads (not just working an assigned CRM)

• You're comfortable doing both outreach/marketing AND closing the sale

• You have or can build a network in schools, clinics, real estate, retail, or automotive sectors in UAE

• You want recurring commission income, not a one-time payout
  

Earnings — Commission Structure:

• 5% commission on every subscription closed

• Minimum package value: AED 38,000

• That's AED 1,900+ commission per single client — and it's recurring for as long as the client stays subscribed
  

Example earnings:

Clients Closed Monthly Commission (Recurring) 1 client - AED 1,900
5 clients AED 9,500
10 clients AED 19,000+

No cap on how many clients you bring in. This is a build-your-own-income opportunity, not a fixed job.
