Space and Place is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the Dubai real estate market, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional real estate advice.
Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into successful transactions.
Conduct property viewings and explain property features and market trends.
Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market, property regulations, and new developments.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
Fluent in Hindi and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and customer service orientation
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
