We're recruiting a Finance and Accounts Manager for one of our clients, who is a retail company based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting
operations
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports and analyses
for management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax,
and IFRS
- Monitor internal controls and ensure accurate financial record keeping
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team
- Support business decision-making with financial insights and
strategic recommendations
Requirements- 8 to 15 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry
(mandatory); experience in garment manufacturing is an advantage
- CA, ICWA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA qualification is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, Corporate
Tax, and IFRS
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP,
Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
