Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer & Draftsman with over 10 years in the kitchen design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both creative kitchen design and producing all necessary drawings, from initial concepts to detailed technical plans required for construction.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their kitchen design preferences and needs.
• Develop functional and stylish kitchen layouts.
• Produce conceptual sketches and 3D renderings to visualize designs.
• Prepare comprehensive technical drawings including:
• Floor plans
• Wall elevations
• Cross-sections and construction details
• Electrical and plumbing layouts relevant to the kitchen
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, dimensioned, and compliant with building codes and safety regulations.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in kitchen design and drafting.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen workflows, materials, appliances, and ergonomics.
• Excellent English language skills in both speaking and writing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Exceptional ability to create both creative designs and precise technical drawings.
• Awareness of relevant building codes and safety standards.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
