Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use tower projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from planning through handover, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality standards, and all applicable UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of high-rise tower construction projects. Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE policies, and UAE regulations. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Review and approve construction methodologies, technical submissions, and project documentation. Manage project costs, variations, and contractual obligations. Lead multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives. Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management. Ensure successful project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including extensive experience managing high-rise tower projects. Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority regulations, and contract administration. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
