Key Requirements ✅ Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.✅ Experience: Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC leadership in GIS Substation, T&D, or Renewable Energy EPC Projects.✅ Technical Focus: Hands-on experience with 400k V GIS Substation projects is essential.✅ Utility Approval: Prior TAQA project experience or a TAQA-approved status is highly preferred.✅ Expertise: Deep knowledge of electro-mechanical construction, installation, testing, and commissioning quality control processes.✅ Standards: Fully familiar with IEC, IEEE, ISO, and local utility quality specifications.
Responsibilities:Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for the GIS Substation and Transmission frameworks. Ensure absolute compliance with project specifications, ITPs, method statements, and client benchmarks. Meticulously manage quality documentation, logs, and registers (NCR, MIR, MAR, SOR). Supervise quality parameters across GIS equipment, power transformers, HV/MV switchgear, and protection relay networks. Coordinate seamlessly between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
