·     8  years in film/media education, talent development, or industry workforce programs

·     Experience managing high-profile training collaborations with global partners

Leadership/Supervisory

·     Minimum 5 years leading and managing teams

·     Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams

·     A minimum of 3 years managing a budget

Education and Qualification Required

·     Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Film, Education, Media or similar field

·     Training certification or education design background is a plus

·       University/Institutional Partnerships – Number of active collaborations

·       Film and Production Workforce Size Growth – Percentage growth in the number of people working within the film and production industry

·       Film and Production Program Growth: Percentage growth in the number of film and production related programs offered within Dubai
