Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for entire Facility Management functions for company Accommodation

  • Ensure the building and facilities are n best operational condition and safe for all its tenants with regards to civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing functions

  • Recommend and initiate any maintenance activity and coordination of the same with HRM & Purchase.

  • Ensure availability of technical resources to maintain the building standards

  • Ensure value-preservation of the properties at the location

  • Ensure statutory maintenance work and follow up with contractors for PPM

  • Ensure camp policies are implemented and follow up for the same

  • Camp in charge responsibility and work with the camp administration

  • Assume tasks in the areas of workplace protection and occupational safety

  • Team coordination and site supervision

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent understanding of Facility Management functions

  • Confident & Expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Plumbing and HVAC

  • Previous experience as an MEP Engineer

  • Proactive personality preferred

  • Ability to identify the job and to explain the same to suppliers

  • Proven ability in cost saving initiatives

  • Good Communication skill in English, Hind etc.

  • Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage

  • Proficiency in MS office packages.

  • Exposure and knowledge of HSE policies and implementation.

  • Prior Experience in Facility Management

  • Engineering Graduate preferred
