Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions and support our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support management with workforce planning and HR strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven HR management experience (real estate industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
