Roles & Responsibilities
The Land Surveyor is responsible for carrying out accurate field surveys and measurements to support construction and infrastructure activities. The role ensures precise setting-out, leveling, and as-built data in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE regulations, supporting efficient project execution and quality compliance.
Conduct field surveys including setting-out, leveling, topographic, and as-built surveys
Establish and verify benchmarks, reference points, and control points as directed
Provide accurate coordinates, levels, and alignments for buildings, roads, utilities, and infrastructure works
Assist in boundary verification and cadastral surveys when required
Collect accurate measurements of distances, angles, and elevations
Record field data clearly and maintain proper survey notes
Process survey data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS software under supervision
Assist in preparation of survey drawings, layouts, and as-built plans
Support construction teams with day-to-day survey requirements
Verify work execution against approved drawings and specifications
Report discrepancies or deviations to the Senior / Chief Land Surveyor
Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and measuring tools
Ensure proper care, calibration, and safe handling of survey equipment
Report equipment issues and support inventory management
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams
Follow UAE surveying standards, site procedures, and authority requirements
Adhere to HSSE policies and safe work practices during all field activities

The Land Surveyor works under the direction of the Senior / Chief Land Surveyor and follows approved drawings, procedures, and UAE regulations. Decision-making authority is limited to routine survey execution and data collection. Any discrepancies, boundary issues, or deviations must be escalated for review and approval.
Desired Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma in Surveying or equivalent qualification Land Surveyor
3–6 years of surveying experience, Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in construction , infrastructure projects, Villas & Highrise Building Experience .
0 to 2 Mandatory experience in UAE in similar role .
