Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily fabrication shop activities.
Plan and execute production activities, ensuring quality and safety standards.
Experience in fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, steel structures, and related equipment.
Coordinate with different departments, clients, and project teams.
Prepare reports, method statements, and production updates.
Maintain fabrication equipment, tools, and workshop activities.
Ensure compliance with welding procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
Experience working with fabrication companies having a workforce of 30+ employees.
Gulf experience as Fabrication Supervisor / Foreman / Production Engineer is preferred.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of:
Good communication skills in English.
