Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high service standards across all locations. Supervise and guide retail, sales, administration, and operations teams, fostering collaboration and excellence. Maintain exceptional client relations, ensuring that all client needs are anticipated and met with discretion. Coordinate mobile and multi-site operations to ensure smooth service delivery across different facilities. Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
Profile / Requirements:Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations management. Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong operations management skills with an ability to lead teams effectively. Client-focused, proactive, and capable of maintaining discretion in all interactions. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
