- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Source and select appropriate materials, furniture, and fixtures, balancing budget constraints with quality and style.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and artisans to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to design specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in interior design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
