We are hiring a Sales Engineer for a leading company specializing in waterproofing, heat insulation, and flooring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Conduct site visits and recommend suitable waterproofing, insulation, and flooring solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of UAE experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, insulation, flooring, or related construction services.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good technical understanding of construction materials and applications.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والحفاظ على خط مبيعات نشط.
المتطلبات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل).
- من 2–5 سنوات خبرة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة في العزل المائي، المواد الكيميائية للبناء، العزل، الأرضيات، أو خدمات البناء ذات الصلة.
- مهارات مبيعات قوية، اتصال وتفاوض ممتازان.
- فهم تقني جيد لمواد البناء وتطبيقاتها.
- رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ضرورية.
