The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of properties, including listing, marketing, and showing residential and commercial units to prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, negotiating offers and agreements, and guiding clients through the full transaction process. The role also involves generating and following up on leads, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth closings. The Real Estate Agent is expected to deliver responsive customer service, stay informed on local market trends, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property regulations and local market practices. Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, marketing, and closing sales or rentals. Strong Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, build a client base, and negotiate effectively. Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, client education, and follow-through. Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple properties, and maintain organized records. Proficiency with basic office software and real estate CRM or listing platforms. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Previous experience in the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market is highly beneficial.
