Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP BIM models across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.
• Develop, review, and manage BIM models in accordance with project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions using Navisworks.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and maintain issue logs.
• Support project teams with model updates, revisions, and technical coordination.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and project documentation.

Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and LOD 300–500 development.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction documentation.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
