<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate MEP BIM models across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.</li><li>Develop, review, and manage BIM models in accordance with project requirements.</li><li>Perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions using Navisworks.</li><li>Ensure models comply with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and project teams.</li><li>Produce coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.</li><li>Conduct BIM coordination meetings and maintain issue logs.</li><li>Support project teams with model updates, revisions, and technical coordination.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and project documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Desired Candidate Profile</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum <b>5+ years</b> of experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator.</li><li>Strong proficiency in <b>Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC</b>.</li><li>Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and LOD 300–500 development.</li><li>Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction documentation.</li><li>Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>UAE experience is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
