About the Role Comtech Steel Industries is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the steel fabrication industry, with knowledge of structural steel manufacturing, CNC operations, fabrication processes, and workshop supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.

• Manage production teams including fabricators, welders, fitters, helpers, and CNC operators.

• Oversee CNC cutting, bending, drilling, welding, and fabrication processes.

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and AutoCAD files.

• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Monitor product quality, material usage, and reduce wastage and rework.

• Prepare production reports and monitor progress.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company HSE standards.

• Train and guide production teams to improve productivity and workmanship.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication, including supervisory experience.

• Mandatory experience in a steel manufacturing/fabrication factory.

• Experience managing CNC operators and fabrication machinery.

• Practical AutoCAD experience and ability to read technical drawings.

• Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, bending, drilling, and steel assembly processes.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Industry Experience
