Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Proven experience dealing with vendors — sourcing, contracts, and relationship management
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of cost savings
• Supervisory experience — able to lead and manage a small team
• Bonus: experience with procurement software/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and knowledge of import/export or customs processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement process — from sourcing suppliers to purchase orders and delivery
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts
• Supervise and guide the procurement/supply chain team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast supply needs
• Evaluate vendor performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or cost
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget targets

Skills

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Analytical and cost-optimization mindset — able to compare quotes, spot savings, evaluate supplier value
• Proficiency in procurement/ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Knowledge of local and international supply chain regulations, import/export, and customs procedures
• Contract management and legal/terms review capability
• Leadership and team supervision skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management able to liaise across departments and with external vendors
• Proficiency in Excel/data analysis for inventory and demand forecasting
• Problem-solving skills for handling delivery delays, quality issues, or supply disruptions
• Bonus: multilingual (Arabic/English), UAE market experience, and familiarity with logistics/freight coordination
