Shall have a Minimum 15 years in the field of oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical process design.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Should be familiar with the safety requirements, quality requirements, planning/ scheduling with Primavera background.
Preferable experience in O&G electrical projects.
Basic knowledge of contracts and project management (PMP certification preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
He shall coordinate with the project manager, construction manager, procurement manager & engineering coordinator for all project activities.
Support project manager in achieving project milestones.
Assist in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
Follows the project plan to ensure that all target dates are met. Issues instructions to site
Preparation of project documents related to project management.
Liaises with the client representatives on all matters concerning quality & safety and compliance with the specification.
He shall be responsible for follow-ups and all coordination with SUB-CONTRACTOS and VENDORS.
Support vendor selection and approvals from Client.
Monitors project documentation and ensure project workshops/reviews are conducted as per plan.
He shall be responsible for all internal follow-ups with various departments such as planning, engineering, procurement, quality, HSE and construction etc.
Participates in audits and project risk assessments.
Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
Ensure project documentation and records are maintained.
