Manage overall factory operations and production.
Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met.
Lead production planning and execution.
Manage manpower, supervisors, foremen, and workers.
Ensure product quality and minimize rework/wastage.
Coordinate with Planning, Design, Procurement, QA/QC, HR, and Projects.
Ensure material availability and efficient resource utilization.
Maintain health, safety, and factory discipline.
Monitor production KPIs and improve productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile
10–15+ years in joinery, furniture manufacturing, interior fit-out, or wood manufacturing.
5+ years in a leadership role such as Plant Manager, Factory Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or Production Manager.
Experience managing end-to-end factory operations.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, manpower management, and factory maintenance.
Experience handling multiple production departments (joinery, carpentry, paint, upholstery, metal works, doors, etc.).
UAE/GCC manufacturing experience is preferred.
